Description
The specified portables recommended for deletion have been inspected by Facilities Services and Construction Services staff are deemed to be no longer economical to maintain or renovate. Funds for demolition are available in the capital projects account. These portables are currently being utilized for various purposes as outlined on the enclosure.
Recommendation
That the deletion of portables #96-185, #99-009, #99-040, #99-129, #99-291, #99-296, #99-347, #99-439, #99-657, #99-658, #99-659, #99-660, #99-661, #99-697, #99-701, #99-702 and #99-703 at Lakeview Elementary School from the F.I.S.H. inventory for demolition be approved as presented.
